You retain rights to information you enter into Shotz, subject to the permissions needed for us to operate the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and use your content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter. Shotz may rely on your entries to display reminders, summaries, charts, and related app experiences.

The chat feature is for general educational information only. AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your circumstances. Do not rely on chat responses for medical decisions. You are responsible for independently verifying information with qualified professionals.

We may limit, monitor, log, or block chat usage for safety, security, abuse prevention, usage limits, and compliance.

Shotz may provide reminder features, but reminders may fail, be delayed, or be affected by device settings, operating system behavior, connectivity, or permissions. You remain responsible for your medication schedule, health decisions, and care.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or another provider shown at purchase.

Subscription terms, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and trials may be governed by the applicable app store or payment provider. You can manage Apple subscriptions through your Apple account settings. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable unless the payment provider determines otherwise.

We may change pricing, features, trial availability, promotional offers, or subscription plans as permitted by law and platform rules.
